Do you count your no stick helpers in your daily consumed calories?

For example, im making french toast, and im using 10 gr of butter to grease the pan to avoid a sticky skillet, is it considered a calorie intake? Im asking for all kinds of stick helpers (vegetable oils, fats, sprays).

If I did, I would, but I don't use them. They always say you have to grease the pan, but I think that's leftover from the days before non-stick cookware.

i dont count the spray oil I use occasionally, but I have taken to weighing it because I became curious how something could have 0 calories. They say a typical serving is a 3 sec spray, I notice that is about 1-2 grams. 1 gram of oil is 9 calories. admittedly, I don't really know what a 3 second spray is, I have never timed it. :) If I was more aggressively losing weight, I would probably count it.

Yes, of course. Wouldnt it be nice though if we could pour in /spread on the oil and not count it.

You can figure it out if you want to. Is Pam real oil? That is 900 cals per 100 grams. Do you use it regularly? How much does the bottle contain, and how long does it take you to empty it?

If I use it, I do. However, I usually don't use anything. I generally cook in my cast iron pan, so stuff doesn't really stick to it.

I log butter and oil when cooking, but not Pam. I just don't feel like doing the math, and it's not that serious for 3-9 calories to me.
