How can I get it back?

I started with mfp nearly two years ago and was pleasantly surprised at how well it was going. After years of different slimming clubs this website clicked and I lost 33 pounds. And then I got stuck, really stuck for months - followed by six pounds creeping back on. This led me to start being lazy and not logging anymore. Every week I start by saying 'this week I'll do it' but by mid afternoon all resolution is gone. How can I get it back and some more to get me to lose that final stone.
