Wow...I thought I was the only one who did this. Apparently drinking vinegars and 'shrubs' is a whole movement...and I'm on board. Not only yummy, but incredibly good for your system too!
So many recipes online too.

Aren't some shrubs poisonous? Or do you mean something other than small ornamental trees?
And why vinegar? What health benefits does acetic acid have?0 -
Fermented foods are good for gut health. Vinegar is fermented.

I eat leafs such as spinach and chard..that is as close to a shrub I'll get!!0
