We don't get to chose where we lose from, but you only have 4 pounds to lose. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

It depends on how much of your boobs is fat, and how much is glands (and other tissue, I dont know, but they aren't just fat, ad every woman is different).

The fat comes off wherever it comes off. I want the girls to shrink, but 70 pounds lost and only one cup size with no evidence of another cup size coming.

    It's just luck.

In order to look like that girl, I'd have to sixty pounds, 25 years and one childbirth. She's lovely, of course, but not even within my ideal goal.

After the fresh hell of seeing a bunch of fat women in bikinis yesterday, it's nice to see someone who can pull it off. :)

Genetics or surgery will decide your breast size after you lose weight. If you have been thin before as an adult that should give you a good guess at what size your breasts will be if you again become thin.

Implants, started with very large boobs, just happened to not lose weight in the boobs, push-up/too tight bras.

Hold it!! "Fat women" can wear bikinis if they want to! If they are comfortable and happy with their weight, they should go for it.
Just because we are all trying to lose weight, it is for our own reasons, not because we think we "should". If that's why you're doing it, you're in it for the wrong reasons!
