    Try to think of MFP more as a 'tool' to help you make healthier eating choices & be inspired by others in the same journey than a 'program.'

  • Hi--welcome:) I just started about 2 1/2 weeks ago. MFP has been a great tool so far. I have a lot to lose, but had to start so here we go!! Best of luck! We CAN do this!!

    Look for small changes that you can follow long term. Log your food honestly & accurately. Set goals for yourself.

    Welcome! Glad you found us. I agree with the above. Set those numbers, and make some plans and schedule your meals. Set those goals ! Its a new Lifestyle!
