Hi everyone. So I'm back under a different ID. I was under LoVeFan but I ultimately decided to start everything over brand new. I'm Mandy. I haven't had the best of luck losing weight however I really didn't gain anything either over the last 7 or 8 months so I'm rather happy about that. I think part of my problem was setting my weight loss a week goal higher. I decided to keep it reasonable at first then adjust if need be. I have two bad lungs and I'm oxygen because of it so it tends to limit workouts but I still try to do something. Every little bit helps I know. The extra weight doesn't help my lungs. I really hope I have better luck this next time. I know it all depends on the effort that is put in too so I'm going to strive harder this time around.
