calories seem too low

I am alotted 1680 calories per day. I am a 45 year old male 5'11 195#. It seems a little low to me. I have been doing it ok maybe go over by 100-200 sometimes but working out helps bring it down, and I do not go over every day. Like I said it works fine but it seems a little low.

I would hazard a guess you are set to lose 2lbs per week? Why of change that to 1lb and then you can eat more?

I agree - seems low. I am a 5'2" female and eat 2000 (this is a deficit from my TDEE)

I'm 6' and weight 200lbs. My calorie limit is 1,890 and i never really hit. I'm usually around the 1,600 range, then i burn around 300 from cardio.

Ok I think you are right, I signed up for the website a long time ago and I really just started using it so I think I forgot what my initial settings were thanks

That's not necessarily a good thing!

If you're feeling constantly hungry, irritable, and weak, it's too low.

No I dont feel bad and when I am hungry I eat, so I go over some days but not all days. I am good with the number so far. I just want to make sure I am doing this in a healthy way.
