Coffee and protein. I find a few minutes after I have eaten some protein, I tend to perk up quite a bit.0

I make myself go to bed at a lame time, just so I'll get enough sleep. I also pack a lunchbox of healthy foods to take with me. instead of reaching for a candy bar towards the end of my shift, I can grab some cottage cheese, peanuts, and crispy/crunchy veggies.0

I always force myself to check MFP before I put something in my mouth,...I tell myself "does this fit in my macro today" if the answer is no...put it down. I always keep healthy snacks at my desk to avoid going to the corner store and buying chocolate0
