Hey! Trying Again :)

Hello MFP folks,

My name's Alex. I've lost weight, gained weight, and tried everything under the sun. My biggest trouble is consistency. I've been tracking for about two weeks now, building the habit, and it's going well! At first I was just trying to see where I was at, then I wanted to cut back to a "maintain" level, and just today I just back to 1500 to start losing again. Next week I'll be adding in some gym time where I can!

Glad to be here! Glad to be getting healthy again.
