I have to admit I've been down this road many times. I'm determined to reach my goals as I see it as the best way to better my health. At 45, I am starting to feel the "aches" in my knees etc. I know the best way to fight off inflammation is through proper food and movement. I have never "loved" exercise, but I know it's part of a health lifestyle and I am going to incorporate it into my live from here on out. I am a pescatarian (vegetarian but I eat some fish and salmon) and I basically eat healthy, maybe just too much
I love love hummus! I just need to "tweek" what, how much and when I eat. Like everyone have know I can get discouraged so I am hoping this will help to keep me "on track" this time.
