I got most of the fat to go away which is good but now i have this little tummy that i just want gone now.
I have 2 kids and i'm not having anymore due to my pelvic area i have pcs.
i used a corset(i know some don't agree with it but it help me with my pcs as well)
but i still have this saggy little tummy What is the next step?

If it doesn't shrink back on its own, you will most likely have to consider surgery to get it removed. You can check with your insurance to see if they will cover it, but many consider it a cosmetic procedure and won't.
If you are planning to lose any more, I would do so slowly, as fast drops in weight can exacerbate or cause loose skin.0
