Was just wondering does the stationry bike option on the diary take into consideration any resistance when it figures out how many calories are burnt for the given time :-/ i just click moderate i usually float between 20-30 mph depends how tired I am by the time I get round to my cardio workout lol. I do it on medium resistance i i cycle under 25mph i usually go for moderate if i cycle around 30mph then i select vigorous but doesn't say about the resistance setting I'm using

Heart rate monitor would be your best bet to get a more accurate calorie burn. Depending on the exercise MFP tends to be high.0
