Hit 129.4 on Saturday and my goal was 129.9. Have not been 'worried' about the scale for a while, but it feels good to get there. Would not mind another .9 (to hit 50 officially) and of course its fluctuated back up today but I know that's no concern.

I judge my calorie burned based on my Fitbit, though I know its an approximation. I make sure to move enough to hit 2000 burned. Takes effort most days. I'm not really wanting a deficit now, but figure I'll aim for 1800-1900 in and leave a little wiggle room to account for the Fitbit estimation. Will see how this goes for the next few weeks, adjust as needed. And then transition to more estimation in my food logging.

Dec. 25 2013: 178.5
Oct. 11 2014: 129.4

39 years old, 5' 5.5". I turn 40 in 2 days. In all the years of on again, off again weight loss efforts I never came close to even identifying a final goal. This feels good. :smiley:
