Need help new member

Hey guys so I made a fitnesspal account, I think this month and just started using it today. I'm keeping track of my weight via this website but don't know much about it so I was wondering if someone could just help me with the bits and bats of this website.

My recent weight loss activities:

I recently injured my knee doing insanity so have decided to go on e a 5 day juice fast till I can restart my fitness. Hopefully that will also help heal my knee and I will also get a time to cleanse my body before I start losing weight again.


So just need a little bit of a kick on how to use this website
