Appetite uncontrollable after calorie increase

Good day! (it almost was)
For the last few weeks, I've been eating more as many people in my personal life have been worried about me as I am now lighter than I was when I had an ED (still recovering).
My goal is maintenance, and since I'm 5'5.5" and 107 lbs, it's around 1,900ish calories (I work out nearly every day). But lately I've just been so hungry, no matter what I feed myself.
I ate 2,200 calories on both Friday and today. Saturday I ate 1,000 and yesterday I ate 2,000. No matter what I do it never seems like enough. It's driving me nuts and I know I'll start gaining soon.
How do I reinstate self control?

You averaged 1500 for 2 days, below your stated maintenance. YOu should make your diary public so people can better advise you in how to eat at maintenance. you may also be undereating still. If your maintenance is ~1900 but you are eating below this regularly, then of course you'd be hungry. Averaging out those 4 days, you ate about 1850. You'd be surprised how much 50 cals can sometimes impact hunger, and you are probably under for your weekly average. So.. no, you won't start gaining soon. If you were eating 2100+ every day consistently, yes you'd start gaining. But this would be a good thing. Your ticker indicates you still want to lose 3lbs.
I advise that you go back to wherever it is you've sought help for your ED and ask for more guidance or whatever it is that is offered in these programs. I would also advise that you consider eating a bit above your maintenance; 2000 cals daily will not result in much monthly gain, maybe 1-2lbs.0 -

I would be completely starving at 107 pounds for 5'5" too. Eat, you're way underweight.0
