Help? I need some advice?

So the weekend just got over and Saturday and Sundays are my rest days and today being Monday, was supposed to be when I did my abs and stuff like that. However, so many things became extremely hectic and today was absolutely horrible and I'm working to do a three week shred thing so would there be a difference in doing today or just doing a little bit of extra work tomorrow which I would be more than happy to do but I'm a little cautious because I went out of town and ate a little bit of cheat meals. So would this be fine? :\
