Does my TDEE seem right or is it too high?

Hey everyone, I've been trying to lose weight, as well as toning up for the past month. I usually go to the gym 4-5 times a week and eat healthy (except I sometimes slack off once a week, not eating too healthy but I never go over my calories). At first I was eating very little calories, maybe around 1,000 or less (net calories), I lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks and then stayed at the same weight. I did some research and found out about the TDEE formula. I used a few calculators and formulas I found online and they gave me an average of 2,300-2,650 but it just seems so high too me.
I'm eating 1,850 calories, I'm a 5'4, 192 pound female. Today I really struggled even hitting 1,500 calories.
I want to know if my TDEEE sounds about right or should I stick to the 1,850.
Thanks everyone!

Hi,
You might want to read this topic: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/717858/spreadsheet-bmr-tdee-and-deficit-calcs-macros-hrm
This group is all about TDEE: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/8017-in-place-of-a-road-map
I did a really quick calculation based on 5x 1 hour medium cardio activities at the gym and your number should be around 2200. But please.....just use the spreadsheet in the first topic to do your own calculations.0 -
Typicaly 1600-1800 calories per day is a great number starting out for women, it is a healthy amount of food, and that should allow for a 1-2lb weight loss per week, just make sure you stay at 1600 or above whatever you do.0
