Hi guys,

I wondered whether anyone has been to Jilian Michaels' Maximize your Life Tour, and what your opinions were? She is coming to the Uk in January. I love Jilian Michaels, but don't usually buy in "change your life" seminars, so it would be good to know what people thought.

    I didn't know she did seminars. But it sounds interesting.

    Hmm... I really like her workouts --I'm a devoted fan -- but I'm not sure I'd want to listen to her talk for very long. Does she just talk about health and fitness?

    I did see the advert for it and looked it up as she is doing it at the O2 arena in London which is a very big venue... but to me, it is not worth the cost when she would not tell me anything I did not already know.

    She focuses more on life in general and not so much on fitness and weight loss. She does the same thing on her podcasts.
