Break outs because of change of diet?

Is anyone else's skin breaking out lately?
Mine is. And it's in areas where I've never had acne before - on both side of my face, just passed the check bone, and on my chin. In the past when I do have acne, it will almost always be on my forehead.
- And these breakouts are not like normal pimples, they can't be popped! They're almost like large goosebumps.
I'm guessing it's related to my change of diet, but I'm not sure because recently I also started using Shu Uemura Oil Cleanser to remove my make up on a daily bases. But I read every reviews out there about the Shu Uemura oil cleanser, it's considered the best oil cleanser out there, and people said it's actually really good for your skin, no reports of breakouts from it what so ever. On top of that, I'm doing double cleansing, meaning, I'll wash my face with a regular cleanser after I use the oil cleanser to make sure no oil is left on my face. So I'm really confuse with what's causing my skin to break out.
Did anyone else experience something similar to my situation after they started eating a healthy diet? My diet includes mostly veggie and fruit, baked fish and chicken, nuts and cheese, and mostly whole wheat.
Any advice on how to clean out my skin will help.
Thanks!

Stop using that cleanser for three weeks and see if everything clears up.0

I know when I had too much acid,(strawberries, oranges, tomatoes), I had a problem like that. I also get a rash if I eat fresh produce that hasn't been washed well, (salad bar...NIGHTMARE).

My first thought is you're washing your face too much.0
