Hello everyone!

Hi there, my name is Marietta and I'm from Columbus, OH. I recently joined MFP and bought a FitBit Zip and I'm so excited to finally get in control of my weight and lifestyle. I'm pretty sedentary, I work a desk job and usually park myself on the couch when I'm home. I've been using the MFP and FitBit app for about week and I've found them incredibly motivational. Tracking my food has been eye opening and I've found myself finding little ways to sneak in extra steps throughout the day. I know the basics of weight loss (eat less move more) but I need help putting them into practice in real life.
