Just signed on to myfitnesspal....working to lose 115 lbs....eating paleo style, whole foods & getting in 4-5 days of fitness. I'm recovering from plantar fasciitis & sacroiliac stability issues. I am not losing despite eating well and moving so I thought the next step would be to log my foods and really focus on staying not going over 1200 calories.
So, I'm just getting started exploring this site and all the options available. Anything you want to be sure I don't miss, let me know! I could use all the support I could get.

Hi and welcome! I'd always thought I ate only small amounts and even when I exercised vigorously 3-5 times a week I never lost, it was a big eye opener as to how much I really was eating. Don't put your limit too low especially if you are working out a lot, you will need those extra calories. Feel free to add me and I'll try to give all the support I can.0
