Any personal trainers have an opinion on lbs to use in a weighted vest?

Hello :) any help would be wonderful on this topic. I am looking to start wearing a weighted vest. I am doing Turbo Fire and would be wearing it during the cardio and the strength training as well. I weigh around 186lbs and have mixed information about how you should use a percentage of your body weight. Is there anyone that can really answer how much weight I should be using? I need to lose over 30 more lbs. Thank you in advance!!!!
