First off, congrats on your 97 lbs loss. Great change visible in your profile pic.
I've lost 100+ myself, and I lost ~2 lbs a week on 1800-2000 *net* calories. If you are exercising at the level you indicate, you *definitely* need to eat more.
As someone else mentioned, as the remaining amount of fat dropped (still some there I'm working on) I found I had to increase my intake.
Right now, I'm somewhere between maintaining and losing 1 lb per month, and I'm taking in 2800 cals per day. So, you have plenty of room for more food.
I've also found a macro ratio of 25-30% fats, 20-25% protein, 45-50% to work well for me between energy, weight, hunger, etc. Lots of suggestions out there for the correct combo, but by trial and error you'll find the balance that works best for you.
