Phase 1

So I saw another board post that they were achieving their goal in phases and I thought that was such an intersting concept, and for some reason, mentally it feels so much more appropriate to me so I decided that I would lay out some lines for my phase 1:

1. get down to 140 pounds
2. consistently log 5/7 days per week; the eventual goal being 7/7 days but lets not get crazy here.
3. develop a more consistent excercise schedule and run at least 1 mile per week.

I am giving myself until January 1 to work on these goals, at which time I will not reprimand myself for goals not met by reevaluate how phase 1 went and use that to determine what phase 2 will look like.
