I've been stalling at 135 for the longest time, then decided to de-load and build back up using Strong Lifts (I love this APP by the way <3) after a session of 5x5 at 145, I decided to try for 165 and was able to muster the strength to push through this one. It's a little sloppy, and I don't think I hit parallel (doesn't look like it) but I was just stoked to be able to bust this one out afterwards.

Nice job, I am up to 200 lbs. at this point, just keep working at it 5 or 10 lbs. at a time, you will be there before you know it. Try to go a little more below parallel on the squat if you can.

Congrats for beating 135! I'm not one to judge if you hit parallel on 165, frankly it looks like it to me.. Even if not, there's no doubt in mind you'll be there soon :) Keep it up!
