NEW MEMBER

:) Hello everyone,
My name is Sonja and I joined MFP last year. I dieted for a while, soon lost interest, and "rejuvenated" my efforts in mid August of this year. I started at 222 lbs and I'm down to 209 as of today. I joined a gym and have been going 4 days a week. I feel pretty good and those close to me say that can see a difference already--of course I can't cause I want it all gone NOW.
I would really appreciate any tips and comments from those of you who have been doing this and getting results. Thank you so much and GOOD LUCK to us all!!
