HELP in a slump!

Hit a slump and getting frustrated any pointers?! I updated my goals and it changed my calorie intake to a lower number now... any other suggestions... been a little stressed lately getting an internship set up and school is in full swing with both teaching and graduate school again.

I have lost 16lbs I just am being strict with calories and trying to work out... I am at least once a week which is good and makes me happy. Just have to help make it a routine. The evenings are the hardest with food after a day of school and chaos I am so munchy and feel so hungry.
