Pie is too fancy. It's all about the cobbler; cobbler just lets it all hang out.

    No!!!!

Okay, maybe. But strawberry rhubarb is the bomb too. And Apple. And custard.
    I like all the pie

My vote would be brown sugar cream pie - that white sugar version is just nasty.

Is that why the ladies call me cobbler?

Yes. We thought you couldn't hear us whispering that behind your back, though.

I made a really amazing bourbon pecan pie, and I think it's ten times better than blueberry.

Any stone fruit pie - add a dash of bitters to the filling, best thing ever. Put some cornmeal in the crust for crunch.

Pumpkin Pie. I love it. It's the only thing I ate before my wedding. Just because it was the day after Thanksgiving...and it's what my sisters brought me.

It's not too sweet - like blueberry.

It has a lovely custard filling...it's just delicious.

Add ice cream or whipped cream? It even gets better.

Get fancy and make it a pumpkin pecan pie? Or pumpkin chiffon pie? All good things.

Blueberry is definitely at the top. Along with an apple, and a cherry pie. My mom makes an amazing lemon ice-box pie, and I love sweet potato pie and pumpkin pie. Of course, all of these pies must be homemade (filling and crust) with a freshly made, lightly sweet whipped cream.

The best pie I ever had was a coconut cream made by the pastry chef at a local restaurant. A masterpiece. Simultaneously rich and light. One bite and you were in heaven.
