I have been at it for 65 days now and have lost 22 lbs....calorie counting and exercise work.

Thanks....calories are easy to count.....fitness pal makes it easy as does Google search for items and their calories. Three days a week exercise keeps me from burning out...and listening to music or podcasts while on a stationary bicycle is really easy. And I am having fun cooking....have more time than some of you......like tonight.....three swai fillets with lemon, onions, peppers, garlic, and sweet potatoes roasted in oven, and fresh veggies seasoned was delicious....total cals about 3300

I was low count on calories so add Krogers Sandwich thins with homemade applecause, and an Weight Watchers chocolate ice cream bar, and still have 170 free cals left on a 1000 cal budget.0
