IF Plateau

Hi, so I've been doing the lean gains IF method for about 3 weeks now and the scale has not budged at all, It's actually maintaining right now. I eat roughly 1200 calories or so a day and i do one the of the 30-minute HIIT/Cardio videos from MyFitnessBlender in the morning before school and I follow the Blogilates workout calendar. I also have about 2-3 hours of swim practice on the weekends. Before starting IF i was 125 lbs and i just restricted my caloric intake, which allowed me to get to 117 in about 1 month or so, I'm already eating clean and staying hydrated and avoiding junk food. However, ever since i started IF, the weight has stopped decreasing, but when i look in the mirror i think that I've lost a little bit of body fat% because I'm a little bit leaner now, my clothes fit differently (looser) as well. I was wondering, do i need to slightly increase my caloric intake a bit because my metabolism might have been hindered or should i continue my current regime? I've heard that it takes about 4-6 weeks to really see results but I'm very discouraged at this point and I'm thinking of quitting IF and returning to restricting and eating a low cal breakfast again because that's what allowed me to lose those 7lbs, i don't want to regain any of the weight that I've lost and I don't want my efforts to be in vain. I'm not sure what i should do at this point. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

1,200 calories for an 18 year old male (which I am doubting, based on your username which looks suspiciously like a birthday) is far too low.
Regardless, it sounds like you should probably speak to a professional, because your post is hinting at a lot of ED language and behaviors.0 -
1200 calories is far too low for how active you are. I would imagine your body has metabolic damage which is when your body slows it's metabolism down to try and store calories as fat. You need to figure out your TDEE and do not go lower than 80% of that number. Check out more information here0

I'm almost 18, just a few months away, I've struggled with an eating disorder in the past so that;s where my restrictive tendencies come from and explains why the numbers may seem farfetched and abnormal. My family doesn't know about my struggles and i;m trying to resolve this issue on my own so I need your guys' input0 -

Being underage and struggling with an ED means you should not be on a weight loss/fitness site getting advice from strangers.
You should not be resolving this on your own, and you should be speaking to a professional about this. Clearly doing it on your own is not working if you are contemplating restricting calories again.
Please get some help, and get your family involved.

Doesnt matter what sporty methods you are using. If you are not losing weight, you arent eating at a calorie deficit. Metabolism is an overrated excuse. If you are exercising, then your metabolism naturally increases by way of needing more calories.0

This person says they have an ED, and wants to go back to restricting calories past 1,200 a day for a male (the post I quoted, not the OP that they edited). Why would you give them this kind of advice?
