So quick background:

I am 5'6''
SW:223
CW:178
GW:135-140

Myfitnesspal has automatically adjusted my daily calorie allowance to 1200/day for a 1.5lb/week weight loss (I've had it set at this since I started.

I do have my activity level set at sedentary only because I sync my fitbit, and I find it more accurate that way since I am QUITE sedentary on my non-exercise days.

My question is: Does this mean its time for me to change my goal to 1lb a week, so I can have more leeway with calories? Or should I just try sticking it out at 1200 for a while? On my running days, I'm ok because I earn back extra calories. I'm finding that on my rest days, however, I'm struggling staying within the 1200 calorie range. I just don't want to undo my hard work by increasing my calories too soon.

TIA!!

    yes.
just lowered mine from 2lb after losing 40+ ,to 1lb a week.
my mfp allowance reduced from 1640 to 1380 .way too low for an active, daily exercising male.
    feeling tons better too.

Thanks! I just lowered my goal to 1lb/week and it gave me an extra 250 calories a day. I'm just hoping the extra calories won't cause my weight loss to stall. It will be nice to have that extra cushion though, especially heading into the holiday season.
