    It's always passed midnight. Unless it's, errr Midnight. But man, that happens real fast. I mean, really really fast. It's infinitesimal in length. It's highly improbable (some may say impossible) to catch the EXACT time that it's Midnight. Whooosh! Gone! And, don't get me started on the whole time zone thing... So, for all intents and purposes, it's always passed midnight.

    What's your excuse?
