Hello everyone!
Just wanted to say that I am finally getting into MFP and using all of the benefits available, which now includes the community :smile:
I've been logging in and recording my food intake for 2 weeks, and I have lost a steady 4lb already! 2lb each week. At this rate, I will be over half way to my goal at Christmas!
Feeling positive for the first time in a long while. :smiley:

    Thank you! I will keep going. I've gone public with my weight loss - it will be too embarassing to quit now.
