Unless you're a midget, I can't understand why anyone would want to be 87lbs. Anyone I've seen that was under 95 usually looked disgusting & anorexic because 100-110 is a normal body weight range for their build
If anyone is meant to be 87lbs, it is probably a very very small (and short) demographic with no muscle mass.
If you want to tighten up or get firmer, take up weightlifting & try eating around 1600-1800 calories for 2 months. There are lots of good online sources for weightlifting programs.0 -
I've been losing well and quickly -- shockingly so, to me -- on 1,550/day. Don't sweat it too much; just try to be sure you're getting a good chunk of those calories in the form of fresh produce, good protein, and healthy fats.0
