Hi all, so I am recently new to this, I am having a hard time adding my daily workouts. So I have started Insanity but it would take for ever to load all the exercises one by one! Is there no easier way, as it is not showing in the Database option. Any help would be appreciated! Ta

You don't necessarily have to load each exercise. I typically just focus on reaching my calorie goal regardless of physical activity. If you do want to add it, you can just free add an exercise and label it whatever the insanity workout was for the day and the calories burned from your heart rate monitor. I did that for most of my P90x3 workouts. Feel free to add me if you like. Hope this helps.0
