So, after a shoulder injury caused me to not be able to train for 3 months, I kinda fell off the wagon a fair bit... Lack of training, lack of calories, almost slipped back to the high junk, but came back just in time....
I joined MFP, as an under-eater\binger (1250 Calories, on a day when you do a heavy gym, and 90 Mins Kickboxing, 70% junk weekends), MFP has proved invaluable for helping me hit my target calories, and cutting out the junk....
I'm back on it now, and eating, and training - within physio restraints ATM...
Looking for anyone likeminded to add... My primary goal is STRENGTH - I compete in powerlifting (GBPF fed) in the UK.
My secondary goal is to cut some of this gut! Calories\Macro's have been set to standard maintenance ATM, while I bed in the new diet.... IIFYM, although the worst food item has been a single PB\Jelly sandwich so far!
I've done strength training for about 4 years solid now, picked up a fair amount on the way, seem to be getting a lot of request in the gym to teach ATM, and always help out there\online..
