150 Days of MFP - Review

So, I've been on MFP for 150 days.... what does that mean?

What I've gained:
  • A wonderful group of friends I call my MFPeeps
  • Support
  • Encouragement
  • Confidence
  • Motivation
  • Energy and Endurance
  • Some Muscle Definition
  • New clothes
What I've lost:
  • High Blood Pressure
  • Low Self-Esteem
  • Fear of Looking in the Mirror
  • Breathlessness
  • and my favorite, 44 pounds (one pound shy of the half way point to my final goal)
I've hit plateaus, had several bad days, been frustrated/angry/tired. But I haven't given up and I am winning this battle. This isn't a 6 month "thing" or a diet; this is a lifetime change.

I am happier.
I am healthier.
AND, I am doing this for me. :D
