    Such a great thread! I like that you took your time and are still working at it a year later. Motivating for sure. I figure I'll be losing for another year or two and hopefully be pretty comfortable eating this way by the time I hit goal/maintenance.

    Congrats! I'm also hoping to make it into the normal BMI range in one year. I still have 15 lbs to go and 2.5 months left.

    I am 5'4, and I just hit it about a month ago for the first time since 4th grade! I haven't lost much since then, but it feels nice to bed normal. Congratulations on your achievement! :smiley:

    I'm 5'4" as well, weighing in at 172.2. My goal is to get to 145 by my 38th bday next year. Thanks for reminding me this is a journey that won't be over in 2 months (the quick fix is where I've faltered in the past).

    Whoop Whoop congrats. I'm also 5'4 (weight before mfp 207lbs I lost 20lbs on a weight loss program) starting weight on MFP 189lbs and as of today I'm 179lbs my ticker says 8lbs but still have awhile before goal but this gives me some inspiration :):Do:)
