I've been doing 30 min cardio with a personal trainer for the last two days. I woke up so sore this morning. Why is everything that is good for you so damn hard. I know that it is nothing but the Devil trying to discourage me. he use to get to the old Tracy but not the new means business Tracy. have a nice day

Wish I could tell you it will be better tomorrow, but probably not! it will still hurt tomorrow But it will get better. Stick with it - you can do this! Good luck.

It's awful at first for me too during the first two weeks. Now I love being sore after a good squat day. Even though it hurts moving around, I feels accomplished.0

I have found that keeping moving helps a lot to mitigate some of the soreness. The days I simply lay around after a work out I hurt so much more afterwards. I'm on day three of working out and it is an interesting pain to feel.0
