I am currently on week 4, stage one of NROLFW. I'm just curious, those of you that are using this program, how much weight did you start with and by the end of stage one, did you increase your weight and if so, how much did you increase your weight by?I had to play around with various weigh until I got to what I think is a good amount for me. Just wanted see what others were doing.
