Hello

My name is Del and this time I want to stick within my calorie goal for new years! I've lost 50lbs last year and this year I've been fluctuating between 10-5 lbs.....I think I just got cocky because I did so well with my workouts that I neglected my nutrition. Well this time I'm going to be consistent, stop putting myself down and not let my emotional go to food be the cure for my insecurities. I want to be the master of my own ship!
