Need help with Exercise!

So, I do work full time 6-8 hours a day and 4-5 days a week. That does burn a significant amount of calories, but I still want to be able to burn just as many on the days that I don't work, and on the days I do while I spend time at home! The problem is that I don't own any workout equipment (other than a set of adjustable weight that go up to 40 pounds and down to 10) so I don't know many exercises that I can do without the equipment that will still give me a significant workout.
Also, I would love to be able to include my daughter in some of my workouts, instead of just telling her to go play while mommy works out. Are there any fun exercises that I could include her in?

I'd recommend skipping. Skipping ropes are cheap, you can do it at home and they're great for cardio.
If you're American I think the equivalent term is jump rope?

Theres plenty you can do with some dumbbells.
Perform each exercise for 10-15 reps
Squat, curl & press
Push-ups
Lunges
Bent over rows
Jump Squats
30 second Plank
Do that in a circuit fashion 2-3 times.
How old is your daughter? If she is old enough she can all of those with you as well.0
