Back on track after bringing home adopted son

We have been blessed with a new son! We have a beautiful, healthy three week old baby boy. Through the love and magic of adoption, our family has grown. So has my tummy! Lack of sleep, trying to prepare a nursery/house for an unexpected new one, lots of well meaning visitors, not as much time/motivation to cook and not exercising consistently (if at all) have left me with added weight. I started logging again today after almost four weeks. Need some motivation and support to get back in the game 100%! Thanks!

congratulations on the newest addition.
Take it slow to get back on track. Going too fast will only lead to disappointment and discouragement. Enjoy the new addition0
