Women only...

ChaLEAN Extreme or Body Beast? I still need to lose over 30lbs of fat. I am halfway through TurboFire and looking to switch it up. If you have an opinion, please tell me why :)

    I have never done Body Beast but I got great results with Chalene Extreme!

    Why "women only"? Do those programs have some kind of uterus-toning component or something?

    I have heard both are really good, Body Beast really sheds and tones from what I have heard. Idk of specific results for these programs but I would check it out on youtube.

    I've done ChaLEAN extreme and really liked it. Was a good beginner program if you haven't done much/any weight lifting. It was a good introduction to weight lifting.

    I always eat at a deficit.
    Before TurboFire I finished both P90x3 and T25.
    I was just curious about results on both.
    I almost fell out of my chair......"ovarian deadlifts" still giggling :)

    I love ChaLEAN Extreme. I lost 4 inches in the first 30 days and I started at a midrange healthy weight for my height (160lbs at 5'10").
