Starting Over AGAIN!

How many times have I started again.....I have lost count.
I am to the point where anytime I mention it to my loving husband...
He can repeat back to me verbatim what I said the last time lol
It feels like a horrible cycle and I don't seem to be able to just stick with it.
So here we go again lol
Starting at 206 ...first goal is 196 then 186...etc.
I would love any tips, tricks and motivation you can send.

I think my husband probably thinks I am a joke by now! Haha I have started, and re-started over and over so many times too. I think what really helps is staying motivated. Watch videos on success, find friends whether in the Real world or internet world and stick together!! Sometimes setting mini goals, getting into fitness groups or challenges... signing up for walks, runs or marathons!! Anything to hold you accountable!! You can totally add me if you'd like0 -

Fellow Lisa here as well! I've just recently started (into my 2nd week). I too have said many, many times that I'm going to lose weight, etc. I think my husband has heard enough. LOL

Jkwolly you are absolutely right. So much so that I went to a Dietician and I knew everything she was telling me already. I know what to eat...what not to eat. I know how much I need to exercise. I just have to do it!

Yeaah my family just rolls their eyes whenever I say "Okay guys, tomorrow I'm starting again.." So I am pretty much keeping quiet this time and I'm determined to let the results speak for themselves Feel free to friend me, I just started on here today so I'm looking for a good support group as well0
