Starting again, wanting effective workouts, please help

2 years ago, in December, I started this and so far, because I stopped for almost a year and a half, I have lost 29 pounds. I now weigh 151, when I did weigh 180 to start off. I want to get back to 135 and the work out I used to do is no longer available to me. I need someone to help me find a program that I can do at home.

  • Hey Jessica! I was wondering what kind of workouts you did and how you were able to lose 30 so far? I am stuck and am trying to figure out a better way to go about this.

    I do DVD workouts - I like them as they can be done on my schedule. I am currently doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution - they are 30 minutes packed with awesomeness. Feel free to add me if you like. I'm also curious as to what you did to lose 30 pounds?
