Keeping it Moving

Does anyone else get themselves really worked up about doing a certain program, like Insanity or Body Blade, and then get discouraged after the first try? I start to feel fatigued like right away, lol

    Yes!! I do that with pretty much every exercise I attempt. I go into it thinking "oh yeah, I can totally do this!!" and then I about pass out after 2 minutes.

    Only every time I try a new activity. Heh. Master this one, move on to next thing where you can feel awkward and goofy all over again. :)
