This may sound like a silly question but if I'm on a 1480 calorie diet and go over by 500 calories but then exercise to burn 600 calories will I still lose weight or will it not matter? What happens?

If that is all accurate you will still lose.0

Not a stupid question at all.
Weight loss = Calories consumed - Calories Burned
Calories burned = Those you burn naturally + those you burn through exercise
To burn off each pound it takes burning 3,500 more calories more than you consume.
It is that simple. Exercise speeds up the process of weight loss.0
