Rookie Female weight lifting program??

Hi

I would like to start weight lifting but can't get to a gym right now but my bf does have a dumbbell set that goes up to 20kg.

I'm wondering if there's a program out there or maybe a list out there of programs that i can do at home? I'm not sure if i'll like it but i'd like to give it a go with what i have before going out on a limb and getting a gym membership.

would be nice to build a butt, legs and work on my upper body especially my chest

ps. sorry if this is a stupid question! i tried looking for the information online but was overwhelmed because of all that information online. it's so easy to get lost!

    You can convert a lot of routines from barbell to dumbbells. All Pro's is a beginner routine with the following lifts: squats, bench press, rows, overhead press, straight leg deadlifts, curls, calf raises. Go to bodybuilding.com to see form videos. Or just Google their names plus the word " dumbbell" and you'll find a lot of form videos.
