Waist training/corset training anyone?

I've seen a lot of people hop on this bandwagon. So many women are corset training, but I've always thought that surely it can't work because only exercise and a calorie deficit will work for losing weight. Or am I wrong?

Thoughts?

Just my opinion but I would say you may be able to put them on but once it comes off everythings going right back to where it started. It would be very uncomfortable to jam everything in one of those. I say you're right unless someone wants to force one on.

This topic has been discussed a few times in the past. I like this one - because it has funny gifs too:

Its an interesting bandwagon, but I know from my friends experience as a dancer who wears corsets every other day, even with a corset, you only lose weight or keep the shape if you do exercise and eat well. Well, that's her reason to eat whatever she wants anyway :)

I enjoy corset training but not the bandwagon style, rubber clincher whatever it is.
The true steel bone corset body modification definition of waist training.
